About Lisa

Lisa Tilley works on a range of real estate and public finance matters, specializing in projects relating to affordable and workforce housing development, including 4% and 9% low-income housing tax credit and other public-private partnerships throughout Texas.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Lisa practiced at several national law firms in San Antonio, Austin and Dallas, advising clients on a wide range of matters, including acquisition loans, construction loans, rehabilitation financing, and retail, commercial and industrial acquisitions, dispositions and lease transactions. She also completed legal clerkships at the Securities and Exchange Commission and Lower Colorado River Authority.
