About Christopher

Christopher Mierzejewski is a seasoned patent litigator with experience representing companies on IP enforcement, defense, and litigation matters over a wide range of technologies. Chris has extensive experience handling initial fact investigations, discovery, dispositive motions, expert testimony and reports, claim construction, and infringement and invalidity positions, as well as representing clients at trial. He also has experience drafting and prosecuting patents and providing patent portfolio counseling.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Chris was in-house litigation counsel for Microchip Technology Inc., where he oversaw dozens of patent lawsuits, petitions for inter partes review, and appeals. He also previously served as an associate at multiple IP litigation boutique law firms.
