Brandon Price focuses his practice on project finance and project development transactions within the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on a range of general lending and cross-border financing transactions involving a variety of renewable energy and power assets, particularly within Africa.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Brandon was an associate in the Johannesburg office of a leading African law firm.
