About Michelle

Michelle Boudreaux is a recognized and seasoned energy lawyer, with over 20 years of experience providing regulatory and transactional advice to the owners and operators of petroleum liquids and natural gas pipelines. She has extensive experience advising clients on federal and state regulatory issues involving interstate and intrastate pipelines, including regulatory compliance and pipeline litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and various state agencies, such as the Railroad Commission of Texas and the California Public Utilities Commission.

Michelle’s transactional practice includes drafting and negotiating transportation service agreements, storage agreements, pipeline lease agreements and other midstream agreements. She also has significant experience in greenfield and brownfield energy project development.
